I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, as I could easily walk to the magnificent falls and enjoy the breathtaking views. The hotel is situated on top of a lake, which added to the beauty of the surroundings. The service at this place was top-notch, with the staff providing prompt and friendly service. They were always available to assist with any requests or questions I had. The room amenities were impressive, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The room also had a patio, where I could relax and enjoy the peaceful ambiance. The hotel also offered a wide range of facilities, such as a casino, swimming pool, and a children's play area. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi was a bonus, as I could stay connected throughout my stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to all!

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The location was excellent, as it was within walking distance of the township and very close to the falls. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast had a wide selection of food available.

Located near the famous Victoria Falls, this hotel was perfect for sightseeing with local attractions within walking distance. the rooms were comfortable and spacious as well as provided free WiFi and amenities like a built-in safe and complimentary coffee and tea. the buffet breakfast offered plenty of food options including an omelette bar. the gardens and pools were also relaxing places to spend your time.

Some of the maintenance equipment was old and could have used replacement.

Great location, close to major tourist attractions and airport. Beautiful gardens and architecture. Staff at Adventure services were friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic, giving personal attention.

Mixed service quality from staff, with some being unfriendly and grumpy. Some facilities and rooms seemed outdated, with poorly functioning air conditioning during power cuts and some guests not following dress codes or behaving respectfully.
